Let’s cut the bullshit “How to integrate my true self” (Lorena Coyle and Beatrice Dalencour-Turnier) - Guest Speaker: Tamara B. Rodriguez

Description

The main objective of this panel is to introduce the concept of integration of your true self EGO and ALTER-EGO

The elements we will discuss on this panel are:

The mind: we will analyze the repetitive patterns, the main reason why we keep going in circles about our life, and why it's so hard to make real and lasting changes.

We will talk about how the mind works about the repetitive patterns and how to break from your old self by building your new story.

The feelings: definition of feelings and the effect it has in the perception we have about our life and others. Good feelings? Bad feelings? Who can judge?

And finally,

The mirror: this concept introduces the perfect way to see the reflection of yourself and a very important information to start integrating your true self will be shared. We see the good and the bad, and the reason why we judge is because we reject everything that brings out that part of us that we don’t like.

Results: After this panel you will have full awareness of your true self.

This panel is in English
